Is there parking available?
Yes — street parking is readily available on Ocean View Blvd. Please be sure to turn your wheels toward the curb before you head in: the signage can be easy to miss, and tickets are given out liberally for uncurbed wheels.
What should I bring to my first visit?
New Patient Paperwork needs to be filled out online at least 24 hours before your first visit. Please arrive hydrated and nourished, and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Gowns and towels are provided to protect your modesty for treatments requiring full access to the back, shoulders, and legs.
Do you accept insurance?
No. We do not accept insurance directly. However, we provide a Superbill for each visit that you can submit to your insurance on your own. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get some reimbursement — the amount varies greatly depending on your provider and plan.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Barring sudden illness or a personal emergency, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the full appointment fee. Rescheduling and cancellations can be done online through your booking confirmation
